His hair is white and of uneven length, the longest strands reaching his shoulders, and is styled with three more notable, shorter clumps arching up to fall as bangs between his eyes and on either side of his face. My head would explode.Tengen is a very tall, wide-set man of a bulky, muscular build with lightly-tanned skin. Now I just need my ideal fantasy to play out in a movie where both groups are on summer break and meet up in okinawa for a bad ass show down turned into alliance against a local gang. It's not awful (far from it), it's just not as good as the rest of the movie. Though I will admit Drop falls apart at the end a little. It is just so much more involved and developed than Crows.

He impresses the schools thugs and ends up befriending them, despite being a horrible fighter he backs them up when they are outnumbered and even helps them form new alliances. Where as Drop is just so much deeper, it's pretty much the story of a private school student who ends up going to a public school and becomes a delinquent. I mean was he really going to say no to life saving surgery so he could see his best friend to the top of the school, I mean really. And that's about it, while it's pulled off well it disregards almost everything else, yes there is the semi love story, the sick best friend and the yakuza sub plot, but they are rushed and not really that convincing. In a nut shell Crows Zero's story can be summed up as a fight to see who's leader of the school. Story is tough, but I have to say I like Drop more. And yet I still can't bring myself to say I like them more :P. In Drop the whole movie is just getting to know the characters, and in a way that makes them far more likable than the Suzuran boys. You see while Crows Zero has brilliant and memorable characters in it's own right, they never really explore them too much, Genji's about the only one who gets proper character development. Crows Zero wins in terms of epic final battles and kick ass places to fight in, but Drop's fight scenes are just a lot more fun XD.Īs far as characters go I'd say it's a tie. And yet at the same time Drop's fight scenes are so much better, there are times where the characters stumble around and grab each other uselessly and awkwardly, it seems like a much more like a real high school fight to me. If you were here you would've loved the song.īasically I still love Crows Zero, it probably has superior fighting and choreography.
